Information will only be kept for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was processed, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.


 

How does Opie Travel keep my information secure?

Taking into account the nature of the information gathered, Opie Travel maintains administrative, technical, and physical controls that are designed to safeguard Personal Information and Operations Data in identifiable form.  


 

What are my choices with respect to my information?

Your first choice is always to limit the information you provide to us.

Opie Travel allows you to delete your data at any time by accessing the Account Deletion feature within the mobile app. If you encounter any issues with the Account Deletion process, you can contact hello@opietravel.com, and we will manually remove all data linked to your account within 7 days.

Opie Travel complies with applicable laws regarding your ability to access, correct, and delete your identifiable information. If you have an online account, you may be able to log in to update or modify certain information directly through the app.

Depending on the specific terms of your agreement related to Operations Data, you may have the option to opt out of sharing certain data with Opie Travel. However, opting out may result in limited functionality or loss of access to features that rely on this data.

Opie Travel does not knowingly offer services to or collect Personal Information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and delete the information as required.


 

Rights for EU Residents

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), particularly Articles 15 to 21, grants you specific rights as a data subject. While we encourage you to learn about these rights in detail, here is an overview to help you understand them:
